I feel like I get what you are saying and I agree with the sentiment. I'm working on improving as a person and have been my whole adult life. I see a lot of people here who I feel did not read what you had to say and that saddens me but does not surprise me. I think that the first part of this is listening and listening well, and most of the comments here are from people who were determined to not learn anything from this before they read it.
