I feel like Madonna has had to endure an unfair amount of shit through her career from the beginning until now. The media can't wait to dunk her in the well of public shame whenever they get a chance and will pillory her with a zeal that never seem to hit any male celebrities. It's shitty to me, because she's always been such an important artist. Her albums have been very important to me throughout my life and I've thought that her music videos can be groundbreaking. While she's made some awful films, she's made an equal amount that were good. I think that everyone needs to get off her back and stop using her as a scapegoat. She's a human being, and it's time we admitted she's been a huge influence in music and has had a lasting place in the pantheon in big names in music.
