Marin and Sausalito are like a lot of wealthy enclaves where they are very white and very much wanting to keep it that way. Looking at the sad comments to this article, I wonder why so many of the people who have trouble with what you wrote have such a hard time believing this is true. Part of the problems we are having with the Democratic party is that at times I can't tell them from the Republicans, this is one such time.
