No. While most quick bread recipes are fundimentally the same, the one you cited used oil, and oats. There are a few other similarities, and differences. Check mine out. If you want to replace the butter with oil or coconut oil go ahead, and egg substitute but keep the rest the same as my recipe and you might like it.
